Working Together For HealthSM is dedicated to helping physicians and other advanced practice clinicians and scientists thrive—to maintain and grow their effectiveness and find enjoyment and meaning in their work, even amidst systemic upheaval and mounting demands.

 

Our coaching, consultation, and educational services empower talented clinicians to do their best, to reach stretch goals, work well with each other, establish high-functioning workplaces, and find purpose and joy in what they do.

 Clients have included practices and individuals in academic medical centers, community hospitals, and private practices throughout New England--Massachusetts General Hospital, Yale Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana Farber, Mount Auburn Hospital, Newton Wellesley Hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance, Milford Hospital, Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, U MA Medical School, Cape Cod Hospital, Boston Medical Center, North Shore Hospital, Atrius Health, Steward Health, Hallmark Health, and others.

Working Together Coaching and Consulting℠ offers parallel services that enable our clients in other professions to perform at an outstanding level, to thrive professionally, and to experience purpose and joy at work in their scientific, creative, entrepreneurial, and service efforts.

We know the psychology of attitude and behavior change, and we use it to engage talented medical/scientific professionals to design, implement, and evaluate effective change processes.

Your situation is unique. Together we will articulate your goals, assess your situation in light of those goals, and design a customized and structured program to achieve them.

We will apply the strong evidence base in organizational psychology and behavior science as we assess, plan your program, and work towards change.
