• disruptive behavior or conflict
• personal distress
• difficulty with decision-making

We can help you to:

• assess the client’s situation and identify levers for change.
• recommend how to involve the workplace and consult with them, when appropriate.
• either directly address behavioral health needs or refer, when appropriate.
• work in monitoring situations with referred individuals, when desired.
• add to an improvement plan with specific skills modules, such as anger management or assertive communication.
